PriveTalk Child Safety Standards

SocioBright Ltd, the parent company of the PriveTalk Real Online Dating application (“PriveTalk,” “we,” “us,” “our”), is unequivocally committed to the safety and well-being of all individuals, especially children. The purpose of this document is to clearly and publicly state our unwavering commitment to prohibiting and combating Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our services.

This policy is a core component of our legal agreement with our users, alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The use of the PriveTalk Real Online Dating application, as it appears on the Google Play Store and other platforms, is strictly contingent upon adherence to these standards.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

PriveTalk has a strict, zero-tolerance policy for any and all activity that facilitates, depicts, or promotes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The creation, distribution, possession, or viewing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Any form of online grooming, solicitation, or luring of minors.
  • Any content that sexualizes or endangers children.
  • Any attempts to use the PriveTalk platform to coordinate or engage in illegal activities involving minors.

Our platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We take active measures to prevent underage individuals from accessing our service, and any user found to be in violation of these standards will be permanently banned.

2. Reporting and Moderation

We are dedicated to actively identifying and removing any content or users that violate our Child Safety Standards. To facilitate this, PriveTalk provides:

  • In-App Reporting: An easy-to-use, in-app mechanism for users to report any suspicious activity, content, or user profiles directly to our moderation team. We encourage our community to be vigilant and report any concerns immediately.
  • Proactive Moderation: We employ a combination of automated and human moderation to review reported content and proactively scan for violations of our policies.

We will take swift and decisive action on all reports of CSAE. This includes removing the offending content, terminating the user’s account, and, where appropriate, reporting the incident and the involved parties to the relevant law enforcement authorities, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

SocioBright Ltd is committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where PriveTalk operates. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and government agencies in their investigations into CSAE.
